By controlling permissions to your portal pages, you can protect your forms from being filled out by the wrong users.

To enable permissions to portal pages

  1. Click on your name in the upper right, then select Forms Management from the drop down menu.

2. Once in your Forms Manager, turn on the Portal Page for your form and/or folder.

3. Select the gear icon for the form or folder's portal page to access the page's settings, then select the Permissions tab. Next, turn on permissions for the page. Once you've done this, you can start adding which users you'd like to give permission to view this page.

If any users stumble onto your password protected Portal Page, they will receive a message that the page is restricted and that they will need to log in in order to access it.
