To add forms to your service center and make data public: 

  1. As an Owner User, select your name in the upper right corner to make the drop-down menu appear, then choose Forms Management
  2. Find the form(s) whose data you’d like to make public, and you’ll see two options:  Portal Page and Public Records.

Portal Page: By turning this on, the form will appear in the Service Center. However, turning this on alone will NOT display the form’s data (meaning, the submissions that have been received on the form) to the public.

Public Records: By turning this on, form data will become viewable to the public. This view of the data is also known as a form's pipeline.
