We partnered with Stripe.com to allow you to accept payments on forms at no additional fee to you. The processing fee is passed on to the end user. An account with Stripe allows you to:

  • Set the payout bank account or debit card details for the account
  • Control how frequently funds are paid out
  • Decide how Stripe should handle accounts with negative balance

NOTE:  Transfers to debit cards are limited to $3,000 (USD), and the recipient’s card must be a non-prepaid US Visa or MasterCard debit cards.

Why do you need my date of birth and 4 digits of my Social Security number?

Part of our responsibility to our financial partners involves verifying your identity and confirming the legitimacy of your business. Collecting this information enables us to automate parts of this process so that you can start making charges immediately.

When are funds transferred?

There is a 7-day waiting period to process the first transfer. After that, you can configure your account to transfer your funds on various alternative schedules. By default your funds will be transferred on a two day rolling basis. 

What if I want multiple departments to have their own accounts?

You can create separate Stripe accounts for your different departments at no additional cost.
